Living will
To grant a will, you only need to go to the Notary with your identity document and your health card.
In his Vital Will he can give the instructions to be followed, as for medical treatments, in case he cannot decide for himself; designate the person to receive the medical information and make the appropriate decisions in accordance with the expressed will; dispose of its organs and indicate the form of burial and funeral.

Self guardianship
To grant a self-document you only need to go to the Notary with your identity document.
In this document you can designate the person to be the guardian, curator or legal defender in the case of being declared incapable, and establishes rules related to the care of your person.

Stable Couple Union
To form a Stable Couple Union, they must go to the Notary with their identity documents and recent certificate of registration.
We will telematically send an authorized copy of the deed to the Generalitat de Catalunya registry and your partner will be registered.
They can also, in anticipation of the cessation of living together, agree the effects of the extinction of the stable couple.
The deed of extinction of a couple must be granted by both partners, or by only one of them. In this case, the granting of the will to extinction must be reliably notified to the other member of the couple.
