Acts of Declaration of Heirs

They replace the lack of testament. In them, the Notary declares the status of heir of a certain person notorious.

The necessary documentation you need is:

– ID of the deceased

– Death certificate

– Certificate of the RGAUV from which it appears that the deceased did not grant a will (this may be requested by the Notary)

– Family book or Civil Registry certifications resulting from the marriage and / or filiation, and the declaration of two witnesses.
